I'm a Twin Cities-based esthetician priding myself in offering waxing services that are easy, accommodating, and effective. I started The Wax Den to give clients an elevated experience that they deserve—and to create an open environment for learning, compassion, and understanding. Waxing can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. I believe that waxing should be speedy, affordable, and most importantly, comfortable. Prior to starting my own business, I spent nearly eight years working at The Refinery in Dinkytown. Outside of The Wax Den, I enjoy reading, knitting, cooking, and finding clever ways to update my home. Cancellation Policy
🔸CANCELLATIONS🔸If less than 24 hours is given to cancel/reschedule, a fee of 50% of the service total will be required.
▪️NO-SHOWS▪️No-shows will be charged 100% of service total. After that, prepayment of appointments is required. If you no-show again, or do not give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, that prepayment will forfeited.
🔺DEPOSITS🔺 50% deposit is required for new clients. Current clients who haven’t been in for over a year will be required to pay a deposit as well. The deposit is ONLY refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of booking the appointment and it is more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. An appointment with a deposit can only be rescheduled within 3 days of appointment time once. If an appointment with a deposit is rescheduled within 3 days of an appointment a second time, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required.
🔹LATE ARRIVALS🔹I can not guarantee I will be able to take you if you are late to your appointment. If you miss your appointment due to a late arrival, I may count it as a “late cancel” or a "no-show".
